Scott Boda
Director of Manufacturing
An Employee of Steeda Autosports since 1999, Scott has worked his way up to Director of Manufacturing. Working his way through the entire manufacturing process has really taught him the skills needed to run an Efficient Manufacturing operation. Being an avid Drag Racer, Scott enjoys messing around with his weekend warrior in his spare time. It’s a 1990 Mustang LX that has been bored and stroked to 410 cubes and it hosts about every drag suspension component from Steeda’s catalog in it. While most of the time it’s 561rwhp N/A is good enough for the street and the track, it does have a bottle of NX in the trunk when some single digit times in the ¼ are needed.

Mechanical Engineer
Aric is a South Florida native and University of Florida graduate. His previous career was as a vehicle armoring engineer. Aric has racing experience through his involvement with Formula SAE as well as being a participant and crew member in local drag racing and road course events. Other interests of Aric include motorcycling, bicycling, and camping. |

 Oscar Gagliardi
CNC Operator
A native of Argentina, Oscar works as a CNC Operator for Steeda, and manufactures many of the great billet pieces you have grown to love from Steeda. Oscar enjoys keeping up in the car and racing circuits. |
 Norbert Paszkiewicz
CNC Lathe Programmer
A native of Poland, Norbert makes many of the high quality billet parts that you will find on the Steeda website and catalog. He enjoys the aeronautics industry and working on model planes. Norbert's daily driver is a 2001 Steeda F-150, which includes such modifications as brake and suspension upgrades. |
 Heamant Burran
CNC Operator
Heamant works in our machining shop and operators the CNC machines that make many of Steeda's great parts. Heamant is a big fan of sports, especially Baseball and Basketball. In in free time Heamant like's to spend time with his three sons; Sean, Ahil and Adam. |

Head of Assembly
Dawn runs Steeda's assembly operations. She has been with Steeda for three years. Dawn is proud to be making American Made products and in her spare time She lets her Stars and Stripes show when she's riding her custom Harley Davidson Sportster 1200. |
 Mark Ackerman
Assembly/Welding
Mark works in both our Welding and Assembly departments. He enjoys fishing and country music. Mark has been in the welding industry for over 21 years where he has built custom trailors. |

 Kevin Hill
Welder
Kevin has been a Florida resident for 26 years. He is originally from Michigan. He has been with Steeda for over 2 years and enjoys working with metal and the Steeda team. He currently has a muscle car under restoration and also rebuilds antique auto engines. Specializing in Ford model T's and Ford model A's. |
 Jack Roth
Welder
A native of Michigan, Jack moved to Florida as a child. Jack brings over 30 years of experience to his job and it shows with the fantastic welding that you find in the Steeda products. In his free time Jack enjoys cars, motorcycles and fishing. Jack also enjoys his time with his wife, two children and three grand kids.
